The client's best interest
Better understanding. Better decisions. Better follow-through.
As a fiduciary, your responsibility starts with the client's best interest. Understanding their goals, priorities, and circumstances gives you the context to act on that responsibility. Berchtold brings that context together to support your judgment and the work you do on their behalf.

Illustrative exampleBuilt around MCP from day one
Use your personal agent or AI chat of choice.
We started with MCP (Model Context Protocol) on day one and grew the app around it. Every app feature is available through MCP, with the same permissions and brand rules. Connect any compatible personal agent or AI chat, including Claude, ChatGPT, or Muse. Each tool signs in as you.
Every integration serves the full Berchtold ecosystem. Connected tools contribute context and capabilities across the platform, for your team, automations, and AI, within the permissions you set. Client context connects back to the contact.

Questions
What real estate leaders ask us.
What is a Real Estate DXP?
A DXP is one platform for every client experience you deliver. Most DXPs stop at the website and the marketing. Berchtold also runs the CRM, email, and the deal itself, from first visit to closing day. Relationships, email, deals, and activity connect back to the contact to build a 360-degree client view. Every app feature is available through MCP, so you can work with your personal agent or compatible AI chat of choice, under your brand rules.
Do we have to replace our CRM to use Berchtold?
No. Berchtold includes contacts, deals, and email, so it can replace a separate CRM. You can also start with one part, such as social posts, and turn on the rest later. Free standard onboarding connects one standard CRM and imports your brand and core rules. After that, every agent, automation, and AI tool works from the same brand rules and client history.
Will my agents use it?
Agents get one place for their clients, deals, email, and tasks. Many updates take one tap. An agent answers a question on the record, or from a link in the deal review email, and can undo the answer for 10 minutes. Berchtold works in a phone browser and sends push notifications. The app is in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese. Admins set roles, so each agent sees what they need.
How do we know the AI will not make things up?
Berchtold is not the chatbot. It gives the AI your brand, your rules, and your client history. Each suggested update shows the note, email, or contract it came from. Missing data stays missing. Agent drafts are checked against your brand rules, and actions such as publishing wait for your approval in your Inbox.
Who owns the client records when an agent leaves?
The brokerage does. Records belong to the workspace, not to one agent. Agents see their own book unless an admin gives them access to all records. When an agent leaves, an admin moves their records and open tasks to another agent in one step. An admin can export your contacts at any time.
How do we stay in touch with past clients without more manual work?
Start from an automation template, such as birthday or home anniversary greetings and reminders. Templates cover leads, deal tasks, client care, and staying in touch, and you can rename the labels that group them. A brokerage program can run for every agent, and each agent can turn it off for their own contacts. Each email uses your brand and goes from your own domain after you verify it.
Can we see which marketing turns into closed deals?
Each contact keeps its first and latest source, with UTM values, and each deal links to its contacts. Each new deal keeps the source and campaign that brought in its main contact, and you can filter deals by them. Campaign reports show opens and clicks and leave out clicks from security scanners. Connect Google Analytics and Search Console to see traffic and search results.
How much does Berchtold cost?
Solo Agent is $199 a month for one agent seat. Team is $499 a month and includes five seats. Each added seat is $49 a month.
Both plans come monthly or yearly. Pay for a year and get two months free, on added seats too. That makes Solo Agent $1,990 a year, Team $4,990 a year, and each added seat $490 a year.
Brokerage is for larger firms with many offices or teams. Contact sales for a quote.
