For real estate team leaders
Run your team on one brand and one record of each client.
Your team runs on many tools. Berchtold links them to one brand, one record of each client, and one set of rules.
Every draft is checked against your brand rules before it ships.
01 / Team brand
Keep every agent on brand without checking every post.
Set your team's voice, rules, and approved examples once. Drafts, emails, and AI tools work from the same rules, so you are not the last line of defense.
- Brand rules every draft is checked against
- Published email templates in your team brand
- Roles that match how your team works
02 / Follow-up
Follow up with past clients and leads on time.
Each client has one record with their deals, notes, relationships, and activity. Tag your sphere and past clients, then follow up from a segment or a task.
- Tags for sphere, past clients, buyers, and sellers
- Tasks with owners and due dates
- The full history in view before you reach out
03 / Lead flow
Send each new lead to the right agent.
Route leads by source and side. Take turns across the team, send leads to a claim pool, or set a fallback. Agents can pause their own new leads for a vacation.
- Rules by lead source, with rotation and a claim pool
- A follow-up task for the new owner, due the same day
- A record of why each lead went where it did
04 / Closings
See which lead sources turn into closed deals.
A deal follows the client from the first inquiry to closing. Its lead source never changes, so you can trace each closing back to where it started.
- Pipelines with lead, active, under contract, and closed phases
- Contract deadlines and tasks on the deal
- Lead source kept from inquiry to closing
How Berchtold works
Govern. Remember. Understand. Act. Measure. Learn.
Governance
Govern
Your brand, your rules, roles, and approval policies set how work should happen. Brand rules are versioned.
Memory
Remember
Contacts, relationships, deals, and activity keep the context behind the work. Each client has one record.
Intelligence
Understand
Assistants read that context to explain what is going on and suggest the next step. Suggestions wait for review.
Execution
Act
People and approved tools do the work: email, tasks, posts, deadlines, and follow-up.
Signal
Measure and learn
Activity and results show what each step led to. That shapes the next decision.
Questions
What team leaders ask us.
Do we have to replace our CRM to use Berchtold?
No. Berchtold includes contacts, deals, and email, so it can replace a separate CRM. You can also start with one part, such as social posts, and turn on the rest later. Free standard onboarding connects one standard CRM and imports your brand and core rules. After that, every agent, automation, and AI tool works from the same brand rules and client history.
Will my agents use it?
Agents get one place for their clients, deals, email, and tasks. Many updates take one tap. An agent answers a question on the record, or from a link in the deal review email, and can undo the answer for 10 minutes. Berchtold works in a phone browser and sends push notifications. The app is in English, German, Spanish, Italian, and Chinese. Admins set roles, so each agent sees what they need.
How do we know the AI will not make things up?
Berchtold is not the chatbot. It gives the AI your brand, your rules, and your client history. Each suggested update shows the note, email, or contract it came from. Missing data stays missing. Agent drafts are checked against your brand rules, and actions such as publishing wait for your approval in your Inbox.
Can Berchtold manage our transactions?
Yes. Each transaction lives on the deal, with the same contacts, emails, and tasks. Each contract sets its own deadlines, and each deadline with a date becomes a task. Elsa, the transaction assistant, emails a daily and weekly review to each agent with a deal under contract. Elsa also drafts check-ins to the lender and title company. Nothing is sent until someone approves it. Outside transaction coordinators can work on one deal without a seat. If you keep another system for signatures, Berchtold still tracks the deadlines, tasks, and messages for each deal.
How do new leads get to the right agent fast?
Set rules by lead source and side. Leads can rotate across a team, go to a claim pool, or go to a fallback agent. Agents can pause their own new leads. Each assignment creates a follow-up task due the same day, and a log shows why each lead went where it went.
How do we stay in touch with past clients without more manual work?
Start from an automation template, such as birthday or home anniversary greetings and reminders. Templates cover leads, deal tasks, client care, and staying in touch, and you can rename the labels that group them. A brokerage program can run for every agent, and each agent can turn it off for their own contacts. Each email uses your brand and goes from your own domain after you verify it.
Can agents use Berchtold from their own AI assistant?
Yes, on every plan. Connect a compatible AI tool through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It uses the same access, brand rules, and approvals as the app.
How much does Berchtold cost?
Berchtold is priced per seat. Team is $129 per seat each month, with a 5-seat minimum. Brokerage is $99 per seat each month, with a 15-seat minimum. Enterprise is for 100 or more agents. Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price. Standard onboarding is free.
